How to Cancel
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following apply:
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
- You have used 3 or fewer paid scans in that billing period.
- You have not previously received a refund from BrieflyGo.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and your registered email address.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 7 days after the billing date.
- Accounts that have used more than 3 paid scans in the billing period.
- Renewals — if you forget to cancel before the renewal date, the resulting charge is not refundable unless covered by the 7-day window above.
- Promotional, trial, or discounted plans unless explicitly stated otherwise.

EU & UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first payment. This statutory right operates separately from our standard 7-day refund window and cannot be waived in advance.
If you have accessed paid features before the 14-day period ends, any refund will be prorated to deduct for the portion of the service already provided (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 14(3)).
To exercise statutory withdrawal rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Statutory Withdrawal” and your registered email address.
