€280 for cabinet removal isn't in your quote

Your quote from Oct 2 is €1,200 and doesn't include it. It was added later in the message on Oct 7. We didn’t find where you agreed to it.

“Cabinet removal adds €280. This wasn’t in the original quote but is needed to complete the work.”Contractor message

Questions

Do I need to fill anything in?

No. Just drop your files or paste a message. My Case works out what each one is, when it happened and what it says. You can fix anything later if it got something wrong.

Does a different amount always mean a mistake?

No — that’s why you get a question, not a verdict. A change might have been agreed by phone. The reply asks the other side to show where it was agreed.

What happens to my files?

They stay private in your case, exactly as you uploaded them. Nothing is shared or sent for you. Delete the case and the files go with it.
