EasyOCR reads the text on the server. An AI model then fixes recognition errors, preserves tables and columns, and detects fillable fields with their positions.

Common questions
- What file types are supported?
- JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC/HEIF (iPhone photos). Each file must be under 15 MB.
- How many pages can I upload at once?
- Up to 10 photos per session. Each photo is treated as one page of the document.
- Does it work for Ukrainian documents?
- Yes. The OCR engine is configured for Ukrainian and English text simultaneously.
- How long does processing take?
- Typically 15–60 seconds depending on page count and server load. The page updates automatically when processing is complete.
- Can I edit the recognised text before sending?
- Yes. After OCR the document opens in Soft Editor where you can fix anything, add annotations, and adjust fillable fields.
