What: risk scan, plain-English summary, issue list, clause locate, fix, and re-check.
When: before sending or signing.
Where: scan page, risk report, and Soft Editor.
Why: the AI must judge the latest edited document, not the old upload.

Locate must scroll to the exact clause, not just the page.
Re-check must include editor overlays, inserted text, redlines, and fillable fields.
If the original file is missing, the editor should show a recoverable state, not a dead end.
