Is the BrieflyGo editor free?

Opening, editing, filling, signing and downloading the edited PDF in the browser is free. AI actions — chat about the document and the AI re-check — need a free account and use credits; the free plan includes 300 credits a month and an AI chat message costs 10.

Can I edit the actual text of a PDF, not just add boxes?

Yes. The editor works with text blocks and paragraphs, so you can change the wording, move and resize blocks and format them. You can also add new text, fields and annotations on top.

How do I fill an IRS or USCIS form online?

Open the form from the BrieflyGo form catalog — it loads in the editor with field-by-field guidance. Fill the fields, add your signature and date, then download the completed PDF to file or print.

After you edit a contract, AI re-check reviews the new version of the document. The risk report then reflects the changes you made, so you can see which risks are resolved and which are still open.

Do I need an account?

Not to open and edit a document. Without an account your work isn’t saved online, so download the PDF before you leave. Sign in to save documents, use AI actions and send for signature.

How is this different from the Edit PDF tool?

Edit PDF is the quick utility for changing any PDF. The AI editor adds the contract workflow around it: risk findings next to the text, AI questions about clauses, re-check after edits and sending for signature.

Is BrieflyGo legal advice?

No. BrieflyGo explains documents in plain English and helps you edit them. For high-stakes agreements, have a qualified professional review the final version.
